Celebrate National Health Center Week with Central North Alabama Health Services, Inc. (CNAHSI), Thrive Alabama, and HAPPI Health at the Community Fun & Wellness Block Party—a FREE, family-friendly celebration bringing together healthcare, community resources, and entertainment for all ages.
Enjoy live entertainment featuring DJ Lashay B, a performance by the Huntsville Drumline, a video game truck by Zone Mobile Entertainment, family activities, giveaways, free health screenings, community resource booths, and the Community Passport Challenge for a chance to win prizes.
This annual celebration highlights the vital role community health centers play in improving the health and well-being of Huntsville and North Alabama families while connecting residents with local resources and services.
